GRAMMY Museum Mississippi offers adult group tours that include temporary exhibits and our permanent collection. Special group rates, VIP group add-ons, and special gift shop discounts, make the group experience a perfect option for Civic and Social groups, corporate and non-profit outings, and Church or senior group excursions.
Group Discounts are available to groups of 10 or more individuals with 72-hours advance notice.

GRAMMY Museum Mississippi is a member of the American Bus Association (ABA), Mississippi Tourism Association (MTA), Tennessee Motor coach Association (TMCA), Select Group Travel, and the Student and Youth Travel Association (SYTA)
Get an exclusive, behind-the-scenes look at The GRAMMY Museum with a guided tour! Guided tours are led by a GRAMMY Museum Expert who can answer questions, offer insightful information about exhibits and VIP stories on the development of artifacts, as well as share interesting stories and Museum history. Visitors get a first-hand look at the Museum’s interactive exhibits, over 400 rare artifacts and more than 25 films. After the tour is completed, visitors are welcome to explore the Museum and experience it at their own pace. A Guided tour lasts from 30 to 60 minutes. The tours are organized to best serve the group’s interests and are organized in groups of 10-15 people maximum per guide. Guided tours start at $200 for 30 minutes and $400 for 60 minutes, in addition to Museum admission charges for your group. (will probably need your guidance on this…the number of artifacts and number of films)
PRIVATE FILM SCREENING
Get the VIP experience in our Sanders Soundstage, as your group goes Behind the Scenes of the GRAMMY Awards with Beyonce and Tina Turner
Duration of film is approximately 30 minutes, and guests are invited to explore the Museum’s exhibits at their own pace afterwards. $150 in addition to Museum admission charges for your group. (will probably need your guidance on the film name and duration.)
-Why Mississippi? (30 min.) – This discussion answers the popular question “How Did the GRAMMY Museum find its home in Mississippi?” Mississippi’s vast musical legacy will be discussed and will take place in the Mississippi Gallery
-Discussion on the Current Temporary Exhibit (30 min.) – Guests will gain a deeper understanding of the featured temporary exhibit and learn behind-the-scenes curatorial details along with unique stories behind this Gallery’s artifacts, interactives, and subject matter.
Guests will be given an opportunity to ask questions and gain a deeper understanding of the Museum’s exhibits. Afterwards, guests are invited to explore at their own pace. $150 for each Workshop or Exhibit Discussion in addition to Museum admission charges for your group and must be booked at least two weeks in advance.

All exhibits at GRAMMY Museum Mississippi are designed to be self-guided. Visitor Services staff and volunteer docents are often available to answer questions.
Groups of 25+ individuals receive a 10% discount in the Museum Gift Shop.
Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Payment is expected in full by the day of the scheduled visit, most typically upon arrival.
Cash, Check, and Credit Card (American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa) are accepted payment methods.Please notify the Museum Box Office at 662.441.0100 of any changes to your reservation as soon as possible.
Should you need to reschedule your visit or make changes to the number of tickets in your reservation, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
There are no refunds for pre-paid no-call/no-show groups. Refunds will be given if a group has pre-paid and cannot visit due to inclement weather or advanced cancellation.
Lunch options are available for Groups of 10 or more individuals and incur an additional 18% service fee. Submit a meal order request at least two weeks in advance. Groups are invited to eat lunch on the Museum’s Front Porch during mild weather. Click here to SUBMIT MEAL REQUEST
