Celebrating Gospel Music Heritage Month
What is the importance and relevance of gospel music in America? In this workshop we invite you and your students to learn and uncover the strong legacy that gospel plays in America’s past, present, and future. This workshop will highlight the many influential components of gospel music and unearth the impact the genre has had on many other types of popular music. Recommended for grades 6+.
This workshop is offered Monday-Friday at 11am during the month of September, unless another workshop has been scheduled at that time.
